3. OUR PRODUCTS

All MONIKANIMMI LIMITED pieces are one-of-a-kind (“one of one”) and produced in a quantity of one.

Once sold, items will not be restocked or reproduced.

Due to the handcrafted and artistic nature of our products:

  • Minor variations, irregularities or natural characteristics may occur
  • These are considered part of the design and not defects

We make every effort to display colours and images accurately; however, we cannot guarantee exact representation across devices.

4. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected.

You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order. We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by you.

5. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

You are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

6. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

We are not liable for failed delivery or loss resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, risk in goods passes to you when they are delivered to you.

If you arrange your own courier or collection, risk passes at the point of handover.

7. INTERNATIONAL SALES

7.2 Refused or Returned Shipments

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid duties or taxes:
